Theetso Ntsima MCIPS, Msc, PGCE

Experience
Mr. Theetso Ntsima is a Chartered Procurement Professional with eighteen (18) years of experience
in procurement and supply chain management discipline. He has extensive experience in
procurement and supply chain management, tender evaluation, supplier relationship management,
negotiation, spend analysis and development of invitation to tender. He has wealth of experience in
procurement having worked for Ministry of Education, Accountant General (Procurement), Botswana
Defence Force, Office of the President and Ministry of Health. He has also worked for Institute of
Development Management (IDM) as a Senior Consultant – Supply Chain Management, CIPS
Lecturer at Botswana Accountancy College. Mr. Ntsima had a short stint with Civil Aviation Authority
Botswana (CAAB) as Chief Procurement Officer. Currently he is working for Botswana Unified
Revenue Service as Manager – Tender and Adjudication. He is a former Board Member for the
Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) April 2022 to December 2023.

Mr. Ntsima has done a number of consultancies for reputable organizations such a Diamond Trading
Company Botswana (DTCB), Botswana Railways, Botswana National Sports Commission (BNSC)
and Ministry of Transport and Communications.

Academic Qualifications
Theetso Ntsima MCIPS (Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional) holds a Bcom degree
(Economics and Statistics), MCIPS, PGCE and Master of Science – Supply Chain Management from
University of Bolton. Mr. Ntsima has also done a Management Development Programme –
Leadership through Stellenbosch University. He is a registered trainer and assessor with the
Botswana Qualification Authority (BQA). He served as Deputy Chair of Chartered Institute of
Procurement and Supply (Botswana Branch) from 2016 to 2021.
