Neo Eva Gaborone is a born leader, a logistics specialist with over 13 years’ experience in the corporate world, covering areas of IT Management, Customer Service, Business Development and Operations. Currently she is the Managing Director for a Danish Freight Forwarding Company called DSV Air & Sea in Botswana. DSV is the 3rd largest Logistics Company in the World. In Sub-Saharan Africa she is 1 of 2 female Country Directors at present.

Previously she was the Hub Operations Manager for Botswana Couriers & Logistics, a role she ascended to in 2016, having excelled as a Customer Service Manager at the same entity and DHL Botswana before that. As a qualified ICT expert (B.Sc. Information Systems), Neo has used her expertise and passion for excellence to become the logistics expert we now see, having gone through various roles including IT Manager and later Sales Manager at DHL Botswana. To give back to her community service, she mentors students and enjoys motivational speaking at various forums. She sits on the organizing Committee of Deborah’s Tree Outreach Ministry and the La Trobe University Alumni (Melbourne, Australia). She is also a proud wife and mother to two beautiful children.
