business consultancy company offering end to end supply chain management solutions. A graduate

in Business Administration – Materials Management (in Guelph, Canada); now SCM. Completing

Executive Programme in Supply Chain Management for Master Practitioners (EMLog), University

Pretoria (SA).

Work Experience of +35 years: Worked for Debswana Diamond Mining company for an aggregate of

15 years, both at Orapa and Jwaneng mines; top post as Materials Manager. Was Orapa 2000

P2billion expansion project founding Materials & Procurement Controller. Worked for Flowtite

Botswana; former Owens Corning Botswana (4 years) as the founding Logistics Manager. Then Tati

Nickel Mining Company (TNMC) as founder Head of Materials Management (8 years). After which

worked at BMC, BOTASH and BAMB as Supply Chain Manager, Materials Manager and Head of

Operations, respectively. Been GM/CEO for GM Five Company; a diversified agro farming business,

in existence for +40 years (via CLSS consultancy (+2 years)). Also a founding Head of Supply Chain

Management and Administration division at Motheo Mine (Sandfire).

Board and Committee roles:

• Part of the founding SPEDU Company Board of Directors; as its first Deputy Chairman and its

former Chairman of 3 years.

• Board Member (BTC) for Morupule Coal Mine – Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Chairman of board of directors of GRI (Geo-Resources International), mining, oil, earthmoving

and business investment ventures.

• Director – RomaNna Logistics Investment (courier, haulage and logistics solutions).

• Founder and Chairman of COMBDF (Chamber of Mines Business Development Forum) under

Botswana Chamber of Mines.

• Founder Vice President for EAOB and subsequently rebranded as BEMA (Botswana Exporters

and Manufacturing Association). To return as Secretary General of BEMA.

• Board of Trustee – Botswana Post Foundation

• National Chairman – Botswana Round Table (NGOs/Charitable organisation).
