MJ has extensive end to end supply chain and business excellence experience through 30 years of internationalcorporate exposure in Pharmaceuticals, High Tech and Consumer sector.

She has held various global executive positions at companies such as Ricoh,Lego and Janssen Pahramaceutical (Johnson and Johnson).and has hands on experience in leading process and technology improvement initiatives. She worked in small to medium sized companies as well as global corporations indifferent countries across the globe and has hands on experience at different levels of organizations.

During COVID19, MJ worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation to ensure mechanisms to delivery chronic medication to patients in South Africa to ensure the saving of lives remains paramount.

She works as an independent advisor who always looking for best practice solutions across people, process and technology.

She also serves in a voluntary capacity as President of the Board for SAPICS (Professional Body for Supply Chain Management in Africa) who aim to elevate, educate and empower supply chain professionals.

Her goal is to share her experience and expertise with businesses to support them in being successful and profitable.
